Shougakukan will publish the kids monthly magazine 'Youchien' November on 1 Oct 2013. Bandai Pokemon Kids figure Pikachu Youchien version (sprawl pose) is attached as freebie.

This image is looks exactly same as Pikachu in Virizion set.
After confirming with Shougakukan, will edit the content.
