Niantic Pokemon GO developer team has announced that it will display the locations of AEDs (automated external defibrillators) as PokeStops featuring a photo disc of Pawmot (hands-on/treatment Pokemon, Revival Blessing).
Niantic has partnered with the Japan AED Foundation. Utilizing the AED map "AED N@VI," information on 1,000 locations in Tokyo will begin to be provided starting in May 2026, gradually expand coverage to 13,000 locations across Japan by July 2026.
Hoping this feature will eventually become available worldwide.
