Man Arrested Pokemon Copyright Violation

A man who revealed new 5th gen. Pokemon unofficially, was arrested for violation of copyright low on 2 Novermber 2010 in Japan.
He uploaded six pictures of Chaobu and two more Pokemon to the internet via his mobile phone on 1 September, before official announcement 18 September (BW game release date).
Ibaragi Police cyber patrol team found them, in the meantime, Pokemon copyright holder, publishing company Shogakukan ltd consulted with Association of Copyright for Computer Software.
