Tomy held the meeting and presentation of new pokemon merchandises in 3Q 2008 on 9-10 April.

Horray!!! This prove the mystery Pokemon is not Regigigas.
So it is either Arceus or a new Pokemon. I hope it's a new Pokemon. :)
I also noticed one of the poster says "Pokemon B". And in another picture I remember it said "Pokemon A". Does that mean we will have two new Pokemon?
I hope so it's new Pokemon.
And I also see Pokemon A and B. Not sure two new Pokemons will out at present.
